Autopistas del Sol sets notes exchange rate

Pittsburgh, May 17 - Autopistas del Sol SA announced the exchange rate for its offer to exchange up to $107.61 million of its notes due June 15, 2014 for new notes, according to a company news release.

Noteholders will receive $710.95 of new notes for each existing note tendered under the exchange offer.

The Buenos Aires-based company said the exchange is expected to take place on May 23.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. (800 558-3745 toll free or 212 723-6108) is the principal agent for the exchange offer, and Citicorp Capital Markets (54 11 4329-1266, attention Xavier Tarradelas) is the principal agent in Argentina. Global Bondholder Services Corp. (866 294-2200 toll free or 212 430-3774) is the liquidation agent and information agent.
