Singapore’s TA doubles multicurrency notes program to S$300 million

Chicago, June 26 – Singapore’s TA Corp. Ltd. said it increased the maximum amount of notes that may be issued under its multicurrency medium-term note program to S$300 million.

As previously announced, TA established the multicurrency notes program on Aug. 28, 2013 with a size of S$150 million.

The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd. and United Overseas Bank Ltd. are the arrangers and dealers.

Proceeds will be used for corporate funding including financing of working capital and refinancing of existing borrowings, for investments including mergers and acquisitions and for capital expenditures.

TA is a Singapore real estate developer.
