New Issue: SovCom Capital sells $300 million perpetual loan participation notes

Los Angeles, Jan. 31 – SovCom Capital DAC priced $300 million of perpetual loan participation notes at par, according to a notice.

The notes are non-callable for 5¼ years.

The Dublin-based special purpose vehicle is issuing the bonds for Kostroma, Russia-based PJSC Sovcombank.

J.P. Morgan Securities plc, Alfa-Bank, Emirates NBD, Gazprombank, Renaissance Capital, Sberbank CIB and VTB Capital are managers for the offering.
