Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 7 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $500,000 of 0% notes due Sept. 1, 2021 linked to the S&P Economic Cycle Factor Rotator index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the index return, subject to a minimum payout of par.
