Samhallsbyggnadsbolaget accepts €25.65 million of tendered notes

Chicago, April 12 – Samhallsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB announced that it will accept €25,651,000 of the notes tendered in its cash offer, according to an announcement.

The acceptance amount applies to notes that were tendered with a specified purchase spread of 175 basis points or higher. The maximum purchase spread was set at 195 bps.

Using the interpolated mid-swap rate of 1.008% plus the 175 bps purchase spread, the purchase yield priced out at 2.758% for a purchase price of 97.353.

The company started a modified Dutch auction tender offer on April 4 for its issue of €550 million 1.75% notes due 2025 (ISIN: XS1993969515). The maximum amount of notes the company was offering to buy was €47 million nominal amount.

The company said that it held €3 million of the notes and intended to cancel those notes, with the tendered notes, on the settlement date.

After all of the notes are canceled, there will be €521,349,000 of the notes remaining.

The offer expired at 11 a.m. ET on April 8.

Pricing took place at 8 a.m. ET on April 11.

Settlement is planned for Tuesday.
