Fitch gives State Grid notes A+

Fitch Ratings said it assigned an A+ to State Grid Overseas Investment (2016) Ltd.’s proposed dollar- and euro-denominated senior unsecured notes issued under the A+ rated medium-term note program.

The notes and the program are guaranteed by State Grid Corp. of China and is rated at the same level as State Grip Corp.’s foreign-currency senior unsecured rating, Fitch said.
