SH 130 Concession exclusive periods extended, now expire on July 15

Pittsburgh, June 14 – SH 130 Concession Co., LLC’s exclusive periods for filing and soliciting votes on a Chapter 11 plan were extended through July 15 under a stipulation filed Tuesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas.

The exclusive filing period was previously scheduled to expire on June 1 and the solicitation period on June 15.

The executive director of the Department of Transportation agreed to the extension.

As previously reported, SH 130’s amended plan of reorganization was confirmed on May 18.

SH 130 is a Buda, Texas-based highway operator. The company filed for bankruptcy on March 2, 2016 under Chapter 11 case number 16-10262.
