Special Care of Birmingham, Ala., calls all 2005A Baptist Health bonds

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 16 – The Special Care Facilities Financing Authority of the City of Birmingham, Ala., called all $181.02 million of the series 2005A Baptist Health System revenue bonds, according to a notice.

The following bonds will be redeemed on Nov. 15 at par plus accrued interest:

• All $9.33 million of outstanding 5.25% bonds due Nov. 15, 2016;

• All $9.83 million of outstanding 5.25% bonds due Nov. 15, 2017;

• All $32.79 million of outstanding 5.25% bonds due Nov. 15, 2020; and

• All $129.07 million of outstanding 5% bonds due Nov. 15, 2030.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee agent.
