Svenska Handelsbanken talks three-year notes at 75 bps area spread

Tupelo, Miss., June 23 – Svenska Handelsbanken AB offered dollar-denominated three-year notes (Aa2/AA-/AA+) on Tuesday, according to a market source.

The notes are initially talked to price in the 75 basis points over Treasuries area.

BofA Securities, Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC are the bookrunners.

The Swedish bank is based in Stockholm.
