Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 24 - Supercart plc said it arranged a £1 million private placement of shares.
The company will sell 5 million ordinary shares at 20p per share.
Proceeds will be used as additional working capital and will also provide for the continued growth of the business.
Supercart is a Sevenoaks, England, producer of shopping carts.
