Atlanta, Feb. 10 - Sunshine Gas Ltd. said it has wrapped a private placement of stock for A$12.16 million.
The company sold 19 million shares at A$0.64 each.
Based in Brisbane, Australia, Sunshine is a gas, oil and coal exploration and development company. It plans to use the proceeds to accelerate its existing projects.
