New Issue: Korea's STX Pan Ocean sells KRW 200 billion 4.9% three-year bonds

New York, Oct. 19 - STX Pan Ocean Co., Ltd. priced 200 billion won of 4.9% three-year unsecured corporate bonds in Korea at par, according to a news release.

Interest is payable quarterly.

Proceeds will be used to secure cash for general management and facility investments.

Settlement is slated for Oct. 27.

STX is a Seoul, Korea-based marine transportation company.
