Columbus, Ohio, May 16 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1 million of 0% uncapped return enhanced notes due May 15, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.55 times the index return. If the index return is negative, investors will have one-to-one exposure to the decline.
