New Issue: Citigroup prices $975,000 six-year buffered autocalls linked to S&P 500

Chicago, Nov. 1 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $975,000 of 0% buffered autocallable notes due Oct. 25, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called at par plus an annualized premium of 5.5% if the index closes at or above its initial level on any annual call valuation date after one year.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the index falls by more than 20%, in which case investors will be exposed to any losses beyond the buffer.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as a dealer.
