New Issue: UBS sells $601,000 5.55% trigger yield securities due 2021 on indexes

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 17 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $601,000 of 5.55% trigger yield securities due Oct. 15, 2021 linked to the least performing of the Euro Stoxx 50 index, the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable quarterly.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the final coupon unless any index closes below its trigger level, 60% of its initial level, in which case investors will be exposed to the decline of the worst-performing index.

UBS Securities LLC is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management handling distribution.
