JPMorgan plans PLUS due 2018 with leverage, cap linked to S&P 500

Chicago, Sept. 16 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Jan. 3, 2018 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of any index gain, up to a maximum return of 14.5%.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

The exact deal terms will be set at pricing.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent with distribution through Morgan Stanley Wealth Management.

The notes will price on Sept. 30.

The Cusip number is 46646X357.
