New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $2.74 million notes linked to S&P 500

Tacoma, Wash., April 5 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $2.74 million of 0% market-linked notes due Oct. 4, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10.00 plus the index return, subject to a minimum payout of par and a maximum payout of $18.50 per note.
