New Issue: JPMorgan sells $1.17 million uncapped buffered return enhanced notes on S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., Jan. 28 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $1.17 million of 0% uncapped buffered return enhanced notes due Jan. 31, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.1 times any gain in the index.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will be exposed to any losses beyond 15%.
