New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $2.64 million market-linked notes on S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 17 – Morgan Stanley priced $2.64 million of 0% market-linked notes due March 20, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, up to a maximum return of 80%.

If the index falls, the payout will be par.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent.
