Credit Suisse plans five-year trigger performance notes linked to S&P

Chicago, Sept. 4 – Credit Suisse AG plans to price 0% trigger performance securities due Sept. 30, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 135% to 145% of any index gain. The exact participation rate will be set at pricing.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 25% and will be fully exposed to any losses if the index finishes below the 75% trigger level.
UBS Financial Services Inc. will act as distributor.
The notes will price Sept. 25 and settle Sept. 30.
The Cusip number is 22548F596.
