Credit Suisse plans digital plus buffered notes linked to S&P 500

Chicago, May 6 – Credit Suisse AG plans to price 0% digital plus buffered notes due June 1, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the gain and a fixed payment percentage of 25% to 30%. The exact fixed payment will be set at pricing.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will be exposed to any losses beyond 15%.
Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on May 27 and settle on May 29.
The Cusip number is 22546VCY0.
