Madison, Wis., June 28 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $3.68 million of 0% notes due June 28, 2019 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 75% of any index gain.
If the index falls, the payout will be par.
