New Issue: JPMorgan prices $5.6 million review notes linked to MSCI EAFE, S&P 500
New York, Nov. 6 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $5.6 million of 0% review notes due Nov. 1, 2028 linked to the MSCI EAFE index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be called automatically on any annual review date at a premium of 11.4% per year if the worst performing index closes at or above its initial value on the successive determination dates.
If the worst performing index ends at or above its 70% downside threshold, the payout at maturity will be par plus 57%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines from initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
