New Issue: JPMorgan prices $365,000 capped notes linked to S&P 500

Chicago, Feb. 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $365,000 of 0% capped notes due Nov. 24, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus 100% of the return of the index capped at par plus 7.5%. Otherwise the payout will be par.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
