New Issue: JPMorgan prices $540,000 buffered return enhanced notes linked to S&P

Chicago, Feb. 22 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $540,000 of 0% buffered return enhanced notes due May 6, 2027 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.0475 times any index gain.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 41%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% from the initial level

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
