Chicago, July 5 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $402,000 of 0% capped leveraged index-linked notes due July 7, 2023 tied to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus three times the index return, capped at $1,208.50 per note.
If the index is flat, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the index.
