New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1 million 4.35% yield notes linked to S&P, Nasdaq, Russell
New York, June 13 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1 million of yield notes due June 12, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, the Nasdaq-100 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a coupon of 4.35%, paid monthly.
If the worst performing index finishes at or above its 40% buffer, the payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline in the worst performing index beyond its buffer.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
