New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $2.6 million trigger PLUS linked to S&P 500

Buffalo, N.Y., May 19 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $2.6 million of 0% trigger Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due May 18, 2028 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.28 times the index return.
If the index declines but finishes at or above its 75% trigger level, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the index’s decline from its initial level.
Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the underwriter. Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC is acting as distributor.
