New Issue: Barclays sells $6.91 million buffered PLUS linked to S&P 500

Buffalo, N.Y., Oct. 13 – Barclays Bank plc priced $6.91 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due April 3, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus double the index return, capped at par plus 14.5%. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 10% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 10%.
Barclays is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as a dealer.
