Columbus, Ohio, June 3 – Barclays Bank plc priced $4.03 million of 0% SuperTrack notes due July 29, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 3 times any index gain, up to a maximum of par plus 18.35%.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any decline of the index.
