S&P affirms Rutas del Pacifico

Standard & Poor's said it affirmed its BBB underlying rating on Sociedad Concesionaria Rutas del Pacifico SA's senior secured notes on its performance, which was in line with its expectations.

The outlook is stable.

At the same time, the agency said it affirmed its AA+ senior secured debt rating on the same notes, reflecting Assured Guaranty Municipal Corp.'s (AA+/negative; formerly Financial Security Assurance Inc.) and the Inter-American Development Bank's (AAA/stable/A-1+) unconditional and irrevocable guarantee of scheduled interest and principal payment on the notes.
