Moody's gives SK Hynix convertibles Baa2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Baa2 senior unsecured rating to SK Hynix Inc.'s planned convertible bonds.

The agency affirmed SK Hynix’s Baa2 ratings on March 29.

SK Hynix plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, including debt repayment and capital spending.

The outlook on SK Hynix is negative.
