Shilpa Medicare board to consider possible convertibles issue

Washington, Dec. 18 - Shilpa Medicare Ltd.'s board will meet on Dec. 23 to consider a proposal to issue foreign currency convertible bonds, global depositary receipts, American depositary receipts or other convertible securities.

Shilpa, based in Raichur, India, is a research and development pharmaceutical product development company.
