Shiloh Industries five-member unsecured creditors committee appointed

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 6 – Shiloh Industries, Inc.’s committee of unsecured creditors has been appointed, according to a notice filed Tuesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee includes Andrea Frost of Alcan Primary Products Co. LLC, based in South Jordan, Utah; Kristin Ynclan of Kenwal Steel Corp., based in Dearborn, Mich.; Michael Edmonds of US Magnesium, based in Salt Lake City, Kerry Pollak of Plex Systems, Inc., based in Troy, Mich.; and Jamie Vilcheck of Monarch Steel Co., Inc., based in Cleveland.

Shiloh Industries is a metal processing company based in Valley City, Ohio. The company filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Aug. 30 under case number 20-12024.
