SGS International to price $210 million eight-year notes this week

Portland, Ore., Oct. 1 - SGS International Inc. plans to price a $210 million issue of eight-year senior notes (Caa1/CCC+) before the end of the Oct. 1 week, according to a market source.

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs & Co. are the joint bookrunners.

The notes come with three years of call protection.

Proceeds will be used to fund the leveraged buyout of the company by Onex Partners.

The prospective issuer is a Louisville, Ky.-based provider of graphic services to the consumer products packaging market.
