Saudi Telecom plans to offer 10-year dollar-denominated sukuk

Morgantown, W.Va., May 2 – Saudi Telecom Co. plans to issue 10-year dollar-denominated sukuk, according to a notice.

J.P. Morgan Securities plc, HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank, First Abu Dhabi Bank, KFH Capital and Samba Capital will act as managers for the Regulation S and Rule 144A offering.

The telecommunications company is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
