SAS’ official committee of unsecured creditors amended

Olympia, Wash., July 28 – SAS AB’s official committee of unsecured creditors was amended Wednesday by Region 2 U.S. trustee William K. Harrington, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
Two members are no longer part of the committee, including Hugh Rodgers for Cityjet DAC Indus House, based in Dublin, and Maxime Dorwling-Carter for CFM International SA, based in Paris.
The remaining members are Robert de Gasperis for Airbus SAS, based in Blagnac, France, Dr. Malte Daniels, based in Berlin, Ryan Opeka for Jackson Square Aviation Ireland Ltd., based in Dublin, Colin Ward for Viastat, Inc. based in Carlsbad, Calif., and Mark Noffke for Flying Food Group, LLC, based in Chicago.
SAS is Scandinavia’s leading airline, with main hubs in Copenhagen, Oslo and Stockholm. The company filed bankruptcy on July 5 under Chapter 11 case number 22-10925.
