ALJ Capital buys $2.76 million in claims against Saint Vincent

Portland, Ore., July 27 - ALJ Capital II, LP bought two of APS Capital Corp.'s claims against Saint Vincent Catholic Medical Centers of New York for a total of $2.76 million, according to a Friday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

Saint Vincent filed for bankruptcy on July 5, 2005. Its Chapter 11 case number is 05-14945.
