Sacramento City Unified School District preps $60 million of TRANs

New York, March 20 - The Sacramento City Unified School District of California is scheduled to price $60 million of series 2012-2013 tax and revenue anticipation notes on Thursday, according to a preliminary official statement.

The notes (/SP-1+/) will be sold competitively with Capitol Public Finance Group LLC as the financial adviser.

The notes are due Sept. 26, 2013.

Proceeds will be used to finance capital expenditures, capital projects and other expenses for the district ahead of the collection of certain taxes and revenues.
