Ravn Air granted court approval of $6.38 million in asset sales

Pittsburgh, July 21 – Ravn Air Group, Inc. received court approval to sell its assets to Bering Air, Inc. and Tatonduk Outfitters Ltd., which does business as Everts Air Cargo and Everts Air Alaska, according to an order filed Tuesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Bering Air has agreed to pay $2.88 million for one group of Ravn Air’s assets, and Tatonduk Outfitters has agreed to pay $3.5 million for another group of assets.

Ravn is an Anchorage-based airline company. The company filed bankruptcy on April 5 under Chapter 11 case number 20-10755.
