Riserva CLO set to redeem seven classes of secured notes on June 24

Olympia, Wash., June 17 – Riserva CLO, Ltd./Riserva CLO, LLC plans to redeem seven classes of its secured notes on June 24, according to a notice.

On May 14, the issuer received direction from holders of a majority of its subordinated notes to redeem its secured notes on or after June 14.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest for the following redemption prices:

• $386,946,463.57 for the class A notes;

• $51,433,090.53 for the class B-1 notes;

• $21,155,867.60 for the class B-2 notes;

• $28,795,062.84 for the class C-1 notes;

• $7,570,261.25 for the class C-2 notes;

• $33,403,068.38 for the class D notes; and

• $27,472,995.72 for the class E notes.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.

New York-based Invesco RR Fund LP is the collateral manager.
