New Issue: Singapore’s RHT Health Trust sells S$60 million more 4˝% notes due 2018

Morgantown, W.Va., May 24 – RHT Health Trust priced S$60 million of 4˝% fixed-rate notes due 2018 to be issued through its trustee-manager, RHT Health Trust Manager Pte. Ltd.

The notes will be consolidated and form a single series with the existing S$60 million of 4˝% notes due 2018 issued on July 22, 2015.

The S$120 million total of 4˝% notes make up the first series under the trust’s S$500 million Regulation S multicurrency medium-term note program.

DBS Bank Ltd. and United Overseas Bank Ltd. are the joint lead managers for the series 1 tranche 2 notes.

Proceeds will be used to refinance or repay existing borrowings.

The tranche 2 notes are expected to be issued on May 31.

Formerly known as Religare Health Trust, RHT is a Singapore-based business trust with India-based healthcare assets.
