New Issue: TD prices $3.02 million contingent interest barrier autocallables on indexes

By Kiku Steinfeld

Chicago, Jan. 20 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $3.02 million of autocallable contingent interest barrier notes with daily close monitoring knock-in due July 16, 2021 linked to the lesser performing of the Nasdaq-100 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Each quarter, the notes will pay a contingent coupon at an annual rate of 7.5% if each index closes at or above the 70% coupon barrier level on the observation date for that quarter.

The notes will be called at par plus the coupon if each index closes at or above its initial price on any quarterly observation date other than the final one.

If the notes have not been called, the payout at maturity will be par plus the final coupon unless any index finishes below its initial level and any index ever closes below its barrier level, 70% of its initial level, in which case investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the least-performing index finishes below its initial level.

TD Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.
