New Issue: TD Bank sells $2.9 million digital buffered notes on Russell 2000

Morgantown, W.Va., Feb. 20 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $2.9 million of 0% digital buffered notes due Aug. 7, 2019 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is zero or positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the digital return of 13.25%.

If the index falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the 10% buffer.
