JPMorgan plans capped buffered enhanced notes linked to index basket

Chicago, June 13 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price capped buffered enhanced participation notes due Sept. 19, 2018 linked to a basket of indexes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The basket consists of the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, each with a 50% weight.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 2.5 times any basket gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of between $1,169.20 and $1,199.05 per $1,000 principal amount of notes. The exact cap will be set at pricing.
Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 5% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 5%.

The notes will price on June 14.
The Cusip number is 46647MGC1.
