Tacoma, Wash., Nov. 29 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $4.89 million of 7% autocallable yield notes due Nov. 28, 2017 linked to the lesser performing of the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Interest is payable monthly.
The notes will be called at par if each index closes at or above its initial level on Feb. 22, 2017, May 22, 2017 or Aug. 22, 2017.
The payout at maturity will be par unless either index finishes below its initial level and either index closes below its trigger value, 70% of its initial level, during the life of the notes, in which case investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the lesser-performing index declines from its initial level.
