JPMorgan plans to price 15-month PLUS linked to Russell 2000

Morgantown, W.Va., Nov. 16 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due March 5, 2018 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus triple the index return, subject to a maximum return of at least 18%. Investors will be fully exposed to any decline in the index.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent. Distribution is through Morgan Stanley Wealth Management.

The notes will price on Nov. 30.

The Cusip number is 48128P639.
