New Issue: Barclays prices $749,000 buffered digital notes linked to Russell 2000

Chicago, Aug. 3 – Barclays Bank plc priced $749,000 of 0% buffered digital notes due July 31, 2017 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 10.25%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 15%.
