Columbus, Ohio, April 12 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $11.33 million of 0% capped enhanced participation equity notes due April 8, 2026 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index return greater than the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of the index return, subject to a maximum settlement amount of par plus 40.125%.
Investors will have full exposure to any index decline.
