New Issue: UBS prices $1.5 million 12.25% trigger callable yield notes on two indexes, ETF

Buffalo, N.Y., Sept. 7 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $1.5 million of 12.25% trigger callable yield notes due Sept. 6, 2024 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable monthly.

The notes are callable at par on any monthly call date after six months.

The payout at maturity will be par unless any underlier finishes below its 70% downside threshold level, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worst performer from its initial level.
